How do i know that the bag fits my phone size?
Please refer to the dimensions of the bags provided on the product page to be sure that your smartphone will fit
Is the material of the bag is genuine leather?
No. All our bags are made of high quality PU vegan leather
2. MY ORDER
Can i cancel my order?
If your order has been placed within the last hour, you can send an e-mail to support@tinybigbag.com
We will cancel your order and proceed to your refund (which will appear on your bank account after a couple of days).
3. TRACKING & DELIVERY
How can i track my order?
We will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships with a tracking number so you can follow your order anytime.
Please click the tracking number provided to be redirected to the tracking service site
Tracking number is not clickable/showing updated status
It can take up to 5 days for the tracking number to show first status. Once it fires its status you can follow it by clicking on the number anytime.

The customer will pay the shipping payment for returning the item back to us. Once we have the product , customer will receive full refund for the product.
